Cakes by Teez is looking for a skilled Cake Decorator & Baker to join our production team.

Responsibilities

  • Decorate and finish custom and celebration cakes
  • Work with fondant, buttercream and other decorating techniques
  • Interpret and recreate cake designs from customer references
  • Bake cakes and assist with bakery production
  • Maintain high standards of presentation, hygiene and consistency
  • Work efficiently to meet production deadlines

Requirements

  • Strong cake decorating and baking ability
  • Experience working with fondant
  • Good attention to detail and design
  • Reliable and able to work in a busy production environment
  • Pastry-making or cooking experience is an advantage
